- Private Tours are entirely customizable based on your interests and needs, along with our expert advice.
- Once a booking is confirmed, we will reach out to you and find out your interests, needs and requirements. Anything from hidden cultural gems, local eats, to must-see sights can be curated to match your preferences.
- If you have any health/mobility concerns that we should be aware of, let us know so we can advise the best touring arrangements for you.

We have hosted travellers with mild mobility conditions while navigating through the city’s well-connected transportation system. Private car apps are also great and convenient options for travellers who prefer to navigate the city with ease.
- Public train (Mass Rapid Transit or MRT) is the most popular mode of transportation in Singapore. Train stations have elevators and are equipped with wider fare gates and barrier-free entrance.
- Private car apps (think taxi, Uber) are commonly used in Singapore and are super convenient for travellers who prefer to travel with ease without maneuvering through train escalators and elevators.

Our walks have some steps and gentle inclines. Let us know in advance if you have any mobility condition that we should take note of for your safety and comfort.
We accept credit card payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted via Stripe.
Meeting points for all tours are conveniently located at public train stations. Details will be sent out to participants ahead of the tour.
For private tours, we can meet you at most hotels in the city centre. If you’re on a layover, please inform us in advance so we can pick you up at the airport/cruise terminal.
Please aim to arrive at least 5-10 minutes ahead of the tour. If you are running late, please contact the guide (contact number is shown in your tour confirmation email).
All tours operate rain or shine. While most of the areas covered in our walks are well-sheltered, we may get wet. Do bring along a brolly or poncho just in case!
Light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours. Singapore enjoys year-round equatorial climate with average temperature ranging between 25 and 31 degrees Celsius. Brief periods of rain and thunderstorm are expected but they usually pass relatively quickly. In the event of inclement weather, we will wait for the skies to clear before resuming the tour. Do pack a brolly or poncho in case it rains.
